Bootleg Video: Lawrence Hill

He was one of the most engaging characters we have ever encountered in our recruiting coverage of Stanford Basketball. He led the Cardinal in scoring with 14 points in his college debut last Saturday. He has a wingspan out of science fiction. Lawrence Hill continually captures the imagination of Cardinalmaniacs™, and he offers more of the same in this one-on-one video interview.

We have never found Hill to be lacking in critical thought or articulation when we have talked with him, and the freshman does not disappoint in this exclusive video interview with The Bootleg.  He talks honestly about the adjustments he is having to make to college life, as well as the newfound bond he has created with his two fellow frosh teammates.  Hill is humble on the subject of his 14-point eight-rebound exhibition performance last Saturday, cognizant of what little he has yet proved.  The Arizona native is serious and introspective, but we could not allow the tenor of our interview to remain too intense.  On camera, we asked the 6'8" long-armed athlete to reenact a dance he displayed recently in front of cameras at Stanford Stadium...
