Bootleg Video: Timi Wusu

Walt Harris commented recently how fond he is of fifth-year senior Timi Wusu. The outside linebacker and special teams standout has never had the chance to fully shine on The Farm, fighting an array of injuries. While the athletic talent is exciting, Harris enjoys and admires Wusu for his positive energy, character and how he carries himself. This sitdown Q&A session with Wusu will help you see why.

Maybe the most likeable and infectious person on the Stanford team, Wusu gives an engaging interview that smacks a smile right on your face.  The fifth-year senior has had more than his share of injuries during his college career, but he speaks without sadness or regrets upon his time at Stanford.  Instead, he beams about his teammates and his many blessings.  The outside linebacker offers that the head coach and returning talent on defense can continue the Cardinal turnaround for future success.  Wusu also speaks of his thoughts and emotions in this final game of the fall season - quite possibly the last of his Cardinal career - as well as his future career after he hangs up his cleats.
