Bootleg Video: Cal Poly Post-Game

Cal Poly is a team without much talent or experience, and at the end of the year, Monday night's game will look like one of the very weakest on Stanford's 2005-06 schedule. So how did the Mustangs muster 56% shooting in the first half? The Cardinal continue to come out without defensive aggression, which upset Trent Johnson Monday night in his post-game session.

It wasn't the finish that Stanford had on their mind Monday night after their 82-58 win over Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  Rather, it was the start of the game, which for the third time in three contests this year was sluggish defensively.  Haryasz and Grunfeld may have both scored in double figures, but they say it is imperative to find a way to stop opponents from scoring.  Johnson was particularly upset on this night and offered warnings about what will befall this team if they do not change.
