Bootleg Video: UW Post-Game

Lawrence Hill was happy to get the pass to his man untipped. Matt Haryasz was happy to keep his balance and see an open man. Chris Hernandez was happy to get the ball in time to make a play... and then hit his three big free throws. Mitch Johnson was happy that his teammates picked him up with that play to create overtime. There was plenty of reason to smile Sunday night in the press room for the Cardinal...

You might think after 45 minutes of play that spanned a full two and a half hours, there would be dozens of topics to discuss on Stanford's 76-67 overtime win over Washington.  Sunday evening in the press room, however, most of the talk centered on Hernandez' three game-saving free throws and the in-bounds play called "home run" that got the ball to him.  This was as giddy and proud a post-game as we have seen all year for the Cardinal, as you might expect following such a thrilling and momentous victory...
