Bootleg Video: Cal Post-Game

The Pac-10's longest winning streak ended last night at Haas Pavilion when the Cardinal could not conjure an answer at the buzzer against the Cal Bears. It was an evening of frustration on several fronts, as expressed by the head coach and players afterward. Trent Johnson talked about where Stanford came up short, while Chris Hernandez and Matt Haryasz lamented lost opportunities...

At the end of the night, there was frustration and disappointment throughout the Stanford Basketball team.  Missed opportunities on offense and defense - and a costly, questionable technical foul - left the Cardinal fighting back throughout the second half.  On the final play, the ball was again in the hands of Hernandez, but there would be no magic for him for a fourth straight game.  The fifth-year senior took the loss hard, as evidenced in his post-game interviews.  Haryasz talked about what swung the momentum in the game, as well as how he felt he was able to play with his eye injury and prescription goggles.
