Is Stewart Looking?

SyracuseFan.com caught up with Middletown, Conn., native Graham Stewart to see how serious his interest is in the Orange on Monday night and found out that the staff has been out to see him in person this season.

Graham Stewart, a 6-foot-2, 230-pound linebacker from Xavier High School is committed to Boston College, however rumors have been swirling that he could flip to Syracuse. We called him and asked how much truth there is to this talk.

"Coach (Dan) Conley from Syracuse came up to watch me play a game in person and I don't have anything set in stone to visit there, but some of the players in Florida want me to visit there," Stewart stated. "I have my official visit set to visit Boston College, but I'm not sure I'm going to take one anywhere else. I thought about taking three visits to the schools recruiting me most heavily in Florida, Syracuse and Boston College, but right now I'm just focused on my high school team."

"All I know right now is that I'm 100-percent committed to Boston College, that is my choice and I'll be visiting there for sure after the season is over," Stewart added. "As far as visiting Florida and Syracuse, that's something that I'd just have to think about in terms of actually taking visits. My focus and commitment are completely on Boston College right now and I truthfully haven't even gotten that far or thought much about visiting anywhere else."

As a junior, Stewart had 110 tackles, five sacks, one interception, three fumble recoveries and one forced fumble.
