Basketball Hype or Just Plain Madness?

The Syracuse Midnight Madness on Friday will certainly be a start-studded event considering all of the NBA players set to attend, but how many future stars should we expect at the Carrier Dome?

Speculation on which big name recruits are travelling to which school's Midnight Madness has picked up this week, and rightfully so. There's little telling as to which reports are right, and most of the recruits won't speak at this point because of the timing of the event(s).

The latest and most common information CuseNation.com is gathering pertains to Nerlens Noel. The 2013 shot-blocking center out of Tilton, New Hampshire will be at the Carrier Dome on Friday, according to several sources. He is considered the No. 1 center in his class, according to Scout.com.

CBSSports.com reports that Noel's teammate Goodluck Okonoboh, also a center and No. 6 in the rankings, was scheduled to attend.

As late as Thursday, Flagrantfouls.com reported that 2013 point guard Tyler Ennis will also attend the SU event. Scout.com has him as the No. 6 point guard in the class.

Digging even deeper into the speculation are several reports that Zach Radz, who is not even in high school yet, will also be in the Dome. He is in the class of 2015 out of Albany, New York. His father confirmed his scheduled attendance to TheRecruitScoop.com.
