McCullough on Syracuse Attending Workout

The 2014 class is filled with elite talent. Syracuse is recruiting one very hard. 5-star forward Chris McCullough had Syracuse and others attend a workout on Tuesday. He breaks it down with CuseNation.com

Chris McCullough is one of the best players in the 2014 class. The 5-star talent has had a bunch of schools visit him at Brewster Academy to attend a workout. One of those schools was Syracuse. McCullough spoke to CuseNation.com about how it went.

On Tuesday, Syracuse and Villanova both attended a workout for Chris McCullough at Brewster Academy. McCullough recently transferred to Brewster, where Syracuse has had previous recruiting success (C.J. Fair recently).

"Syracuse and Villanova were there today," he said. "That was it today. West Virginia, North Carolina State, Pittsburgh, Ohio State and others have been here recently."

McCullough said it was a Syracuse assistant that was there to see him, but he could not remember his name. After the workout, he said both schools spoke with him.

"Both talked to me, but it was Syracuse mostly," McCullough explained. "They said the same things they always say. Nothing different."

McCullough says he is wide open right now, but likes Syracuse. The Orange have been involved with him for a while, and he is considering Syracuse.

Right now, McCullough does not have a top 10. However, he is hoping to cut his list down soon.

Kansas will be attending a workout on Wednesday, and Kentucky will be coming next week after postponing a trip that was planned for Wednesday.
