With the return of James Southerland, Syracuse extends their home-winning streak to 36-straight games. Quick recap inside.

The Syracuse Orange men's basketball team had a win before the game began, as senior forward James Southerland won his appeal, becoming eligible to play.

After a six-game absence, Southerland returned to the floor, making four of his 10 attempts, including shooting 3-for-7 from long range. He added a make inside the arc and went 2-for-2 from the charity stripe to end his comeback match with 13 points.

Southerland was one of four Orange players to attain double-figures in scoring, joining fellow forward, junior C.J. Fair, and guards, senior Brandon Triche and sophomore Michael Carter-Williams. Fair and Carter-Williams led all Syracuse players with 17 points apiece.

The Orange remain unbeaten this season at home and have won 37-straight games inside the Carrier Dome, dating back to the 2010-11 season after this 77-58 victory over the St. John's Red Storm.
