Syracuse Orange assistant coach Mike Hopkins have been connected to the central New York program for more than two decades.

First as a player, then as a coach, Hopkins has imbedded himself into the Syracuse program, caring deeply for its success and more for its players.

As head coach Jim Boeheim's right-hand-man, Hopkins helped to guide the Orange into the Final Four, giving the majority of the credit to the players.

With a loss to the Michigan Wolverines just occurring, seniors James Southerland, Brandon Triche, Griffin Hoffman, and Matt Lyde-Cajuste leaving along with some of the team's student managers, and the rumors of him leaving the program looming, Hopkins shares his thoughts and feelings in this video you cannot afford to miss:
