Once National Signing Day had come to a close, the Syracuse Orange football program had put together a freshman class for 2013 consisting of three wide receivers. Corey Cooper, Corey Winfield, and Brisly Estime had all signed onto the Orange.
But an SAT grade prevented Cooper from joining the rest of the incoming class in late June when they arrived on campus.
Instead, Cooper is attending Jireh Prep in North Carolina in hopes of succeeding in stepping onto the Syracuse campus this coming January.
