Two in a Row

Syracuse evened their record at 2-2 with a dominating 56-17 win over Tulane on Saturday.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The offensive momentum created by Terrel Hunt continued on Saturday as the Orange rode their new quarterback to another blowout victory in the Carrier Dome.

Behind Hunt's playmaking ability and big plays on special teams, Syracuse evened their record at 2-2 by blowing out Tulane 52-17 on Saturday.

The special teams unit blocked two punts and a field goal, leading to a couple scores for the Orange. Hunt threw touchdown passes to Jerome Smith, Chris Clark, and two to Clay Cleveland on his way to another big game in front of the Syracuse faithful.

The Orange defense did just enough for a Syracuse team that will get a week off before welcoming national title contender Clemson into the Dome on October 5th.
