Targets With Offers

Player: Troy Henderson
Position: Outside Linebacker
School: St. Edwards High School (Lakewood, Ohio)
Height: 6-foot-1
Weight: 210 lbs
Rating:
The Latest: Henderson is excited about visiting Syracuse this weekend and checking out the program in person. He added that he speaks with the coaching staff two or three times per week and has Syracuse at the top of his list right now. A commitment isn't likely and he will decide sometime this summer.

Player: Cody Conway
Position: Offensive Tackle
School: Plainfield North High School (Plainfield, Ill.)
Height: 6-foot-6
Weight: 280 lbs
Rating:
The Latest:Syracuse was the first offer for Conway, and he remains very interested in the Orange. Offensive tackle is a huge position of need in this class, so look for Syracuse to try to make a big impression on Saturday. Conway is on the rise and has picked up a couple other offers, including in-state Illinois.

Player: Daiquan Kelly
Position: Wide Receiver
School: Union City High School (Union City, N.J.)
Height: 6-foot-3
Weight: 210 lbs
Rating:
The Latest: Kelly fits the mold of the type of receiver they have been looking for the last couple of years. The bigger, taller, longer receiver with strong ball skills. The three-star talent has Pitt out front with Rutgers right there as well. He said Syracuse is in his top four, but a strong visit could change that.

Player: Anthony McKee Jr.
Position: Outside Linebacker
School: Walnut Ridge High School (Columbus, Ohio)
Height: 6-foot-1
Weight: 195 lbs
Rating:
The Latest: McKee's visit is not set in stone. As of late Thursday night, he told us he was still trying to figure out if he was visiting or not. He insists he is very interested in Syracuse and could look to get away from home for his college decision. This would be a huge deal for the Orange if they can get him on campus.

3-star RB Dontae Strickland

Player: Dontae Strickland
Position: Running Back
School: South Brunswick High School (Monmouth Junction, N.J.)
Height: 6-foot
Weight: 180 lbs
Rating:
The Latest: Strickland is a talented running back who only recently added Syracuse to his offer list. This visit will be key in where the Orange stand with the three-star back. The staff's relationship with him is still very early and Rutgers is making a strong push.

Player: Jordan Fox
Position: Defensive End
School: St. Peter's Preparatory School (Jersey City, N.J.)
Height: 6-foot-2
Weight: 215 lbs
Rating:
The Latest: Fox is a very talented prospect with offers from all over the country. He will visit Syracuse for the first time and the Orange hope to make a big impression.

Player: Bryan Brokop (2016)
Position: Offensive Guard
School: Lincoln-Way West High School (New Lenox, Ill.)
Height: 6-foot-5
Weight: 273 lbs
Rating: NR
The Latest: Brokop is a 2016 offensive lineman who recently picked up an offer from Syracuse. The visit is key for the Orange to make an early impression on a talented player.

Targets Without Offers

Player: Drew Wiley
Position: Middle Linebacker
School: Hopewell Valley Central High School (Jersey City, N.J.)
Height: 6-foot-2
Weight: 215 lbs
Rating:
The Latest: This will be Wiley's second visit to Syracuse in recent weeks. He took in an Orange practice a few weekends ago, and is back to check out the spring game. He won't likely pick up an offer this weekend, but could with a strong camp performance over the summer.

3-star RB Jonathan Forrest

Player: Jonathan Forrest
Position: Running Back
School: New Rochelle High School (New Rochelle, N.Y.)
Height: 5-foot-10
Weight: 200 lbs
Rating:
The Latest: Forrest is the top rated running back in the state and is very interested in Syracuse. Similar to Wiley, he will have to camp over the summer to earn an offer. But there is mutual interest here.

Player: Daivon Ellison
Position: Cornerback
School: Don Bosco Preparatory School (Jersey City, N.J.)
Height: 5-foot-10
Weight: 180 lbs
Rating: NR
The Latest: One of the most intriguing prospects visiting without an offer is Ellison. The corner prospect already has offers from Boston College and Rutgers, and could be someone Syracuse wants to see in person before offering. He is also from one of the best programs in the state.

Player: D'won Walker
Position: Cornerback
School: St. Peter's Preparatory School (Jersey City, N.J.)
Height: 6-foot
Weight: 180 lbs
Rating: NR
The Latest: Walker does not have an offer, but said he would commit if he were to pick one up on the visit. Don't expect that though, as Syracuse is not ready to take Walker as part of their class. Still, a visit is important in solidifying their position with him if they offer down the road. Hey may camp over the summer as well.

Player: Jonathan Castellano
Position: Running Back/Cornerback
School: Union City High School (Union City, N.J.)
Height: 5-foot-9
Weight: 180 lbs
Rating: NR
The Latest: Castellano may be a backup type of player for Syracuse, but is a quick scat-back type who could jump further onto the radar depending on how the rest of the cycle works out. It never hurts to host several prospects from one of New Jersey's top programs.

Player: Jordan Fredericks
Position: Running Back
School: Lawrence High School (Cedarhurst, N.Y.)
Height: 5-foot-11
Weight: 195 lbs
Rating: NR
The Latest: The second in-state running back to visit this weekend, Fredericks is an under the radar prospect who isn't likely to add an offer this weekend.

Player: Justin Hunter
Position: Offensive Tackle
School: Detroit County Day School (Beverly Hills, Mich.)
Height: 6-foot-6
Weight: 290 lbs
Rating: NR
The Latest: Hunter has two lower level offers, from Austin Peay and Ohio. Syracuse wants to snag at least a couple offensive tackles in this class, but likely won't offer Hunter on this trip. If Syracuse misses on some other targets, Hunter could become a priority.

Player: Nawell Rojas
Position: Running Back/Cornerback
School: Union City High School (Union City, N.J.)
Height: 5-foot-10
Weight: 200 lbs
Rating: NR
The Latest: Another Union City High athlete who can play either side of the ball, Rojas has not received a lot of major interest yet. Syracuse's interest is unclear, though he could be a backup plan.

Player: Matt Seybert
Position: Defensive End
School: St. Francis High School (Traverse City, Mich.)
Height: 6-foot-4
Weight: 230 lbs
Rating: NR
The Latest: Seybert is an athletic prospect who could play defensive end or tight end. Syracuse likes him, but they may not offer unless he camps. An intriguing prospect to monitor going forward.
