Diagne Closing in on Decision

Moustapha Diagne is very close to a decision. He has set a decision date with two schools standing out. The four-star forward breaks it all down inside.

Sparta (N.J.) Pope John XXIII power forward Moustapha Diagne has been one of the best bigs in the 2015 class throughout the cycle. He has had several high majors in pursuit, but says he is nearing a decision.

"My decision is going to be on the last Friday of May," Diagne said. "May 30th."

Two schools that are standing out to the four-star prospect right now are Syracuse and Memphis.

The Orange have hosted Diagne for visits multiple times, and assistant Adrian Autry has helped develop a strong relationship with talented forward.

"I just like that it's a good school," Diagne said. "I feel comfortable with them and stuff like that."

Memphis has made a push as well, catching the attention of the 6-foot-8 prospect.

"I've been talking to their coaches a lot," Diagne said. "They're a really good school."

Diagne has not visited Memphis and has nothing scheduled with the Tigers. He also holds offers from Cincinnati, Kansas, Villanova, West Virginia and several others.
