Former Syracuse linebacker Cameron Lynch tells CuseNation.com that he will sign with the St. Louis Rams after not being selected in the 2015 NFL Draft. Lynch, a captain on the 2014 Orange football team, is a multi-year starter at outside linebacker on one of the better defenses in college football.
Lynch became one of the faces of Syracuse football as his infectious personality combined with on field production won over the fan base.
During his senior campaign, he led the team with 97 tackles, including 12 for loss. The 12 tackles for loss matched his junior total as well.
As impressive as Lynch was on the field, he was even better in the classroom as an Academic All-American in 2014. He was also named third team All-ACC by Phil Steele.
