Quade Green scores 1,000th career point

2017 target Quade Green scored his 1,000th career point on Wednesday.

One day after Jordan Tucker, a class of 2017 target, scored his 1,000th career point, four-star Quade Green joined the club as well.

Green, a 5-foot-11, 165-pound point guard from Neumann-Goretti High School (Philadelphia, PA) scored a game-high 27 points in a 67-53 victory over St. Joseph's.

During the second quarter, he hit a 3-pointer from the top of the key to surpass the 1,000 point mark.

Quade has visited Syracuse three times since August - the SU Elite camp, the LSU-Syracuse football game and Orange Madness. The three visits are more than any other school that has been recruiting him.

His offers consist of Maryland, Michigan StateMissouriRutgersSyracuseVillanovaXavier, among others.

Just over a week ago, Gerry McNamara visited Green. He scored a game-high 26 points in a Neumann-Goretti victory. His teammate, Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree, also holds an offer from the Orange. McNamara was able to talk with both prospects after the game.
