Justin Brown has "outstanding" visit, puts Orange in top 3

Class of 2017 RB Justin Brown loves Syracuse.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Justin Brown, a class of 2017 running back, had an "outstanding" visit on Saturday at Syracuse.

"The visit was great! I had a blast while I was up there," Brown said.

When asked about the campus and faclities, Brown responded, "I thought they were outstanding. I was very impressed with the football weight room and the new indoor practice facility."

Brown, among other recruits, were able to attend the NC State-Syracuse basketball game. "It was ridiculous. The crowd was amped the whole time and the students showed a lot of love. It was really a great time."

He had a chance to talk with coach Monroe and coach Ward. He was with both coaches for a majority of the visit and bonded really well with both.

"They said they want to offer right now, but want to get me up to camp to see what I can do in person," Brown told CuseNation.com. "They showed me a whole lot of love, it was great."

"I'm very interested in Syracuse. I would have loved to receive an offer today, but if I need to camp to earn it then that's what it is. I look forward to it!"

As for where the Orange stand, "They are up there in my top 3 for sure! I can't put a specific order together as of right now, but definitely top 3!"
