SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Former Syracuse commit Moustapha Diagne will enter the 2016 NBA Draft without hiring an agent, a source confirmed to CuseNation.com.
Diagne averaged 10.2 points and 7.3 points this season for Northwest Florida State College (JUCO).
He committed to Northwest Florida State roughly a week after he was denied eligibility at Syracuse by the NCAA due a college course he took in Senegal his freshman year, according to a source.
Syracuse continues to recruit Diagne, who is now a class of 2017 prospect. Cincinnati, Seton Hall and TCU are among the other schools interested in the 6-foot-9 forward.
Expect Diagne to return to Northwest Florida State next season, as this will seemingly be to gather information on his stock to play at the next level.
