SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse hosted a plethora of high priority recruits this weekend, none bigger than class of 2017 point guard Quade Green.
Green has visited SU before. This past weekend was his fourth visit to the SU campus, and he's starting to get more and more comfortable.
Quade hung out with Frank Howard, Malachi Richardson and Trevor Cooney, specifically, and really enjoyed himself.
"I personally know all of them," he told CuseNation.com, "so it's easy to hang out with them. I'm getting more and more comfortable every time I go. They make me feel comfortable up there."
As for where the Orange stand, Green isn't ready to name any favorites, but SU stands out.
"They're in my top 5, definitely," he said. "I don't have any order, they're all even right now. They moved up after this visit, though."
The four-star point guard bonded with Jim Boeheim and Mike Hopkins, and they discussed what they're looking for out of him.
"They kept saying where I'd be in the offense, who's leaving, who's staying - stuff like that. It was good to talk to them."
He was on campus with other prospects, too. "They got some good pieces they could bring in. They're recruiting good players."
"I'm not really sure [when I'll commit]," he said, "hopefully by September."
Green currently doesn't have any other visits scheduled, but has told Scout he wants to travel to Louisville this summer.
