Grad Transfer DE Picks Syracuse

Syracuse has landed a graduate transfer defensive end. Details inside.

Colorado graduate transfer defensive end De'Jon Wilson has committed to Syracuse, sources tell Scout. Wilson confirmed the news via social media.

Wilson was most recently listed at 6-foot-3, 250 pounds. He is expected to compete for a starting job this fall.

At Colorado, Wilson accumulated only 23 tackles during 22 games of action as a redshirt freshman and redshirt sophomore. He did not accumulate any stats as a redshirt junior. He is eligible to play right away and has one year of eligibility remaining.

Wilson is a former three-star recruit who picked Colorado over offers from Kansas, Marshall, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Temple and Toledo. He attended Woodson High School in Washington (D.C.).
