Michael Moore Fails to Qualify

Junior college cornerback has failed to qualify, according to head coach Dino Babers.

Syracuse head coach Dino Babers said on Friday that junior college cornerback Michael Moore has failed to qualify academically. As a result, he will not join the Orange program, according to Babers.

Moore originally committed to and signed with Syracuse back in March. He is a 6-foot-3 cornerback who spent one season at Palomar College in California previously.

Babers added that incoming freshman safety James Pierre is still waiting for word on clearance from the NCAA.
