According to a Syracuse University source, three members of the Syracuse football team have left the team.
Sophomore wide receiver Rashard Williams, and sophomore tight end Beau Davidson left over the past weekend, while freshman defensive tackle Kevin Osifchin left last week.
Williams, who also played on the special teams, appeared in seven games and was one of five true freshmen to see action. Davidson, originally a Navy prospect, spent a year at Blinn College where he played as an offensive lineman and a long snapper. Osifchin ranked No. 31 among New Jersey prospects by SuperPrep.
