His question was: "College football has changed up the halo rules. Do you think it's going to have a huge impact on the game?"
You can't distract the punt returner. You have you give him a total chance without being distracted. You can't startle him or get to close to him. The NFL has been doing it, to tell you the truth, other than the officials making the call; I don't think it's going to be a whole lot different. He's still protected. If he bobbles the ball, he's still protected.
