Sklarosky Commits to Syracuse

Lackawanna College defensive lineman Mike Sklarosky had been trying to reach Syracuse Assistant Coach Todd Littlejohn all day Friday to let him know he was committing to Syracuse.

He was having no luck though until he got a call on the other line.

"I was trying to get a hold of Coach Littlejohn until I got a call on the other line and it was Coach Pasqualoni," Sklarosky said. "He wanted to see how I was doing and I told him that I was committing to Syracuse. He was surprised and real excited."

Sklarosky is a 6-foot-5, 284-pound defensive tackle and was an honorable mention NJCAA All American this season. He will enroll at Syracuse in January and will have three years to play his final two years of eligibility.
