‘Cuse Offers Western NY Lineman

Depew (Depew, NY) Head Football Coach Dan McGrath couldn't wait to tell his star offensive lineman Adam Rosner that he just received his first scholarship offer.

"Syracuse offered yesterday and I told him last night. He was shocked and really excited at the same time. Syracuse has always been one of his favorite schools."

McGrath said that he has sent out tape to a lot of schools on Rosner in the past weeks but right now Syracuse is the clear leader.

"Nebraska has been wanting Adam to come out there to visit but he is not really interested in going that far away. He likes Syracuse a lot and will be going there this week for their spring game. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up at Syracuse."

Rosner plans on camping at Syracuse this summer and could very well be the next verbal commitment for Syracuse.

Rosner is a 6-foot-6, 320-pound offensive/defensive lineman that made Third Team All-State last season. Rosner is also one of New York State's leading shot putters. Rosner bench presses 320 pounds and is only 16 years old. Rosner is widely considered to be one of the top 15 football players in New York State.
