Greg Robinson filled the biggest of his coaching vacancies today by naming long-time NFL assistant Brian Pariani as Syracuse's offensive coordinator and tight ends coach.
Pariani has been in the NFL since 1990, highlighted by his time with the Denver Broncos when he was the tight ends coach of two Super Bowl winners. Before his stint with the Broncos, Pariani was with the San Francisco 49ers.
"It will be fun for the kids to play," Pariani said of his style of offense. "They are going to get great opportunities in a pro-style offense and defense. The seniors are going to get a year of this experience under their belts. And for the young guys the sky is the limit."
Pariani named new offensive coordinator
