"He knows what he has to take care of," Syracuse head coach Greg Robinson said. "So until those things are taken care of, we didn't want to put him on the list."
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Hearns was found guilty of rioting and assault over the summer after he was involved in a fight July 22 at Central Bucks West High School. Robinson said this and other issues led to his name not being released yesterday.
