Card expects big year on field, in recruiting

C.W. Baker High School, (Baldwinsville, NY) standout Brandon Card expects to have a big year on the football field and a lot of Division 1 schools are expecting it too.

"Wisconsin, North Carolina, Notre Dame and Michigan State are all coming to school in May to see me. This year we should have an outstanding team, our o-line averages almost 280 and all the DBs and WR's are back. Coach Sanfilippo said that if our team has chemistry that we would go as far as we want. He also told us that this is the most talented team he has ever had in 22 years of coaching he just hopes we play together."

Card is also being recruited by his hometown school Syracuse and has been to both of there junior days.

"I talked to Coach Robinson for a while and Coach Pariani, they told me to come to camp so they can see me play. I hope they offer me. I wouldn't mind going to Syracuse to help try to turn the football program around."

Card plans on camping at Syracuse and North Carolina this summer.

Brandon Card is 6'2, 224 pound Linebacker that made 1st team All League in 2004 despite being injured for the most of the year. Card was recently clocked running a 4.50 forty.
