Six questions with coach Jim Baron

(HOW DO YOU THINK YOUR SEASON HAS GONE?)
What do you think? It's incredible. We've doubled our attendance. We win 14 after a tough few years. The Atlantic-10 is not just a turnaround but a basketball team, it's a basketball program.

(POSTSEASON?)
I'm never one to worry about that. If you put the plan in place, it sets you how. How quickly and how soon, you never know.

(HOW DID YOU RECRUIT AND TURN AROUN THIS PROGRAM?)
You sell a vision. Look at the St. Bonaventure program. It was the first time they went to the tournament.

(ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO THE POSTSEASON?)
It's still not. We've got a ways to go as far as I'm concerned. We've got a game Wednesday night as far as I'm concerned.

(HOW HAVE YOU REACTED TO THE SUCCESS?)
I'm surprised and excited. Who would've thought? It was incredible. It's in a new building. We had to turn a lot of things around. Two weeks ago, we had 2,200 at the game. You're building. You're planting seeds.

(TALK ABOUT YOUR RIVALRIES)
Providence College – in state. We have one with UMass because of the tradition of the programs. I've had rivalries. I've just been on the scene for a year and a half. The way people have reacted has been great.
