"It was great" said Bennett. "The coaches were really excited to see me and I had a great time. I didn't commit but it was a great experience."
"The visit was really fun" he said. "I was really surprised by the facilities, they were amazing. On a scale from one to ten, I give the visit an eight or a nine. It couldn't have been much better."
Bennett said that it really stood out how Coach Patterson offered him his scholarship. He said that TCU really showed how much of a family atmosphere he could expect to see if he committed to the Horned Frogs.
"I just really liked how Coach Patterson himself offered me" said Bennett. "He had his wife in there too and it was really nice. They made me feel comfortable and it felt like a family. I gave me a really warm feeling."
Although Bennett didn't commit, he said the Frogs scored high marks in his eyes. He also liked that he wasn't pressured to commit while he was there.
"They told me that they really wanted me to come to TCU but they wanted me to take my time and take everything into consideration" said Bennett. "They just said they hope I make the right decision and they really want me to come there."
With junior days still ahead at Arkansas and Texas Tech, Bennett says he's not in a rush to make a decision but said when the time was right, he would pull the trigger.
