Adams Talks TCU talks with Lewisville (Texas) Hebron High standout safety Jamal Adams, who is one of the most highly lauded juniors-to-be in the state. He recently added an offer from TCU.

It doesn't take long for Lewisville (TX) Hebron safety Jamal Adams to make an impression on spectators who watch him play football; especially college coaches.

The 6-foot, 185-pounder certainly did that last Friday when he attended a camp at TCU. Adams displayed excellent cover skills and passes the eyeball test.

"I thought there were a lot of explosive people out here, there were good receivers and good defensive backs as well," Adams said.

As a 2014 prospect, Adams is already generating the kind of interest most 2013 recruits covet. He says he's receiving interest from all over the country and he currently holds four offers after his offer from TCU on Friday.

"I'm hearing from pretty much every team in the country," he said. "Right now I have four offers; Baylor, West Virginia, Kentucky and TCU."

Adams knows plenty about TCU thanks to Hebron head coach Brian Brazil, who played football for the Horned Frogs.

"It's a good program, my head coach in high school and it's a good program from what he's been telling us about it," he said. "He says it's the best school in the country, he says all of it is good up here."
