Commits React To TCU Win

TCU commitments react to the Frogs' 20-13 win over Texas.

TCU proved the doubters wrong on Thursday night as they headed south and beat Texas 20-13 at Darrell K. Royal Memorial Stadium.

The win was one of the biggest on the season for the Frogs and for the current commitments for TCU's 2013 class, the win couldn't have been sweeter.

We caught up with the commitments last night to get their thoughts on the Frogs big win.

Sammy Douglas
"I've been waiting for it, I knew they were going to. Frogs all the way."

Eason Fromayan
"Another big prime time win for TCU. It was the only game tonight and people can see what the program is all about, taking down big time programs and proving how good they are on the field."

Ty Slanina
"Great win with sights of dominance, especially in the running game! Jason (Verrett) had a great game as well."

Steve Wesley
"That's an incredible win. Also showed TCU as a top dog in Texas."

Bryson Burtnett
"I kept telling everyone, be patient. Coach Patterson is hands down the best coach in college football. This is just more proof of what an excellent program Patterson runs. Beating Texas in Austin is just a sneak peak of what TCU is doing and continue to do in the future. That's why I chose to be a Frog and am proud of it. Happy Thanksgiving, Go Frogs and get ready Oklahoma."

George Baltimore
"That's one in the books for years to come. It was a good win, defense played great."

Joseph Noteboom
"This win reminds me of how excited I am to play for Gary Patterson."

Charlie Reid
"What a game, they came and hit on all phases of the game and came out with a win. Played fundamentally sound football and that's all you can ask for."

Emmanuel Porter "It was a great win."
