HornedFrogBlitz.com caught up with the explosive athlete to get his take on the recruiting process and to see where the Frogs stand in his eyes.
"It's been going alright" said Antoine. "I've been talking to U of M (Memphis), North Texas, TCU and Texas A&M." With offers on the table from Louisiana (Ragin' Cajuns), Memphis, North Texas, Southern Miss, Texas A&M and Western Kentucky, Antoine is hoping for another offer in the very near future.
"I'm going to TCU in January" he said. "They haven't offered yet but they're talking about it."
"I'm just waiting on the offer, if they offer, I'll commit."
On the year, Antoine put up over 1,200 yards on the ground, averaged over 10 yards per carry and scored 35 touchdowns. While the versatile athlete projects to numerous positions at the next level, he says that he likes TCU's plan for him on the offensive side of the ball.
"Some schools like me as a corner, some schools like me at receiver but TCU likes me as a running back/ slot receiver."
Antoine doesn't hide the fact that he's hoping for a TCU offer, and it was revealed that a TCU legend is one of the main reasons he likes the Horned Frogs.
"LaDainian Tomlinson went there so of course I'm familiar with them" he said. "TCU and North Texas are the ones I'm hearing the most from right now and I'm looking for a school that has great coaches and that works hard to get to the next level."
"TCU will be my last visit and I hope it goes well."
