While the addition of the newest members to the program is significant, it mildly compared to the news that was received Sunday afternoon when Horned Frogs head coach Gary Patterson confirmed to HornedFrogBlitz.com that senior quarterback Casey Pachall would be rejoining the team.
Pachall, who was arrested for DUI in October, missed the final nine of the Frogs' 2012 season. Before his suspension, TCU held a 4-0 record.
According to Patterson, Pachall did exactly what was needed to again be part of the program.
"He did what we needed him to do," Patterson said.
Patterson stated that Pachall had completed a checklist of things that needed to be done with student life and they will continue to monitor his progression.
The head coach said Pachall would be at a team meeting on Sunday afternoon and will be in class when classes resume on Monday, January 14th.
