"The recruiting process is going pretty good and I'm getting a lot of letters from different colleges" said Brown. "As far as TCU goes, I'm hearing from them a little bit."
Currently holing offers from West Virginia, Ole Miss, Missouri, Utah, Houston, Indiana and SMU, Brown will surely pull in more offers as the process plays out. At this early juncture, are there any teams standing out?
"No sir, not right now, it's still early" said Brown. "Trevorris and I are like the 1-2 punch on our team and he said he would like to do that again in college; that would be cool."
While Brown maintains that there are no early favorites, he says that TCU is a school that interests him if they come forward with an offer.
"I like TCU and I would be interested in them" he said. "When I start visiting schools, they're one of the schools that I want to see."
Like we mentioned earlier, Brown filled up the stat sheet nicely in 2012. The big receiver pulled in 45 receptions for over 900 yards and pulled in 10 touchdown receptions. That's pretty impressive when you have a running back on your team that rushes for over 2,000 yards and 20 touchdowns.
While it's still early for Brown, he already knows what he's looking for in a program. Playing time is important but two things stand out to him more than anything.
"I'm looking for a school that runs the spread offense and I have to like the coaching staff" said Brown. "Those things are important to me so that's what I want.
Although Brown Is a man of few words, he brings a big game to the field. Will the Frogs offer and will the talented pass catcher come to Ft. Worth for a visit this year? Stay logged on to HornedFrogBlitz.com to find out.
