Cameron Fogle has decided to accept a walk-on position at Kentucky. The Conner High (Ky.) prospect talked with FOX Sports Next about his situation.

Cameron Fogle had been talking with Kentucky coaches for a few weeks and he had a chance to work out for them with junior quarterback Drew Barker.

Fogle impressed the coaches and they decided to give him an opportunity to join the program.

"I really like Coach Stoops and their offensive staff," said Fogle. "I really like the offense as well. I can definitely see myself fitting into the air raid with no problem."

Offensive Coordinator Neal Brown talked with Fogle about a chance to compete for playing time early, even as a walk-on, freshman.

"I really like my chances to play early. Coach Brown told me they are extremely thin at receiver and he told me he feels like I'm a guy that can do great things for them," he continued.

Fogle, 6-foot-1, 190-pounds, played multiple roles for Conner as a senior. He rushed for 845 yards and 16 touchdowns. He also caught 55 passes for 885 yards and seven more touchdowns. Defensively he had 48 tackles and three picks.
