When asked how the recruiting process was going, Toran didn't seem overly excited.
Toran went on to describe which schools currently stood out the most.
"Boise, TCU and Oregon State right now" he said. "I just got the Colorado and Wake Forest offers and I don't know that much about them."
With plans to graduate early, the 6'3" center says that he knows a decision will have to come in the near future.
"I'll decide either before the season or around the middle of the season before non district is over with."
With Toran weighing just 250-255 pounds, there's some concern that he won't be big enough to play offensive line in the Big 12. Toran, disagrees. His goal is to be between 265-270 pounds by the time he graduates in December.
As time winds down on his decision, the North Shore product says he wants to see his favorites up close before he decides. A local camp being put on by TCU could be in the cards in the near future.
"TCU is holding a camp down here and I was supposed to go to that but I'm not sure where it is exactly" he said. "It's at a high school down here somewhere."
