TCU added their first commitment to their 2015 class on Tuesday night when Round Rock defensive end Breylin Mitchell committed to the Frogs.

TCU added their 1st commitment for their 2015 class on Tuesday night when Round Rock, TX defensive end Breylin Mitchell committed to the Frogs.

Mitchell confirmed to HornedFrogBlitz.com via text message when asked if he committed to the Frogs.

"Yes sir!" Mitchell wrote in his text.

Mitchell is a fast rising prospect who had also received interest from Oklahoma among others. Mitchell attended TCU's linemen camp last Friday and was one of the most explosive players in attendance.

Combine his speed with his 6-foot-4, 253-pound frame, Mitchell is a can't miss at defense end.

Mitchell told HFB.com earlier in the week how much he enjoyed being around TCU's campus and coaching staff.

"Everything is real nice, I really love the coaches," Mitchell said of TCU. "I really like the tight ends coach, he got me pumped. The d-line coach is real nice. I could relate real good with them."

Mitchell echoed that statement again Tuesday night when asked why he chose the Frogs.

"I chose TCU because it felt almost as if it were home," Mitchell said. "The atmosphere was really good and the coaches actually seemed as if they wanted me! TCU has so much to offer academically, you just can't go wrong!"
