Stewart Recaps TCU Visit

Mesquite Horn 2015 WR Jarrison Stewart visited TCU for the second time in a month last Saturday.

Mesquite Horn receiver Jarrison Stewart created quite a buzz at TCU's skills camp on July 19th. Not only was he the top receiver in attendance, he was considered the top overall prospect by HornedFrogBlitz.com.

TCU offered the 2015 standout shortly before Stewart and his Horn teammates competed in the Texas State 7on7 Championships in Round Rock last month. Since the offer, Stewart has visited TCU twice. He last visited for TCU's practice last Saturday.

"I liked the atmosphere of it and how they run things around there," he said of TCU's practice. "It's really up tempo. I really like their group of receivers over there."

Stewart received a campus tour on his last trip to TCU and once again he got a tour of the facilities.

"It was pretty much the same stuff, we did another tour and watched the practice," he said.

Although he likes everything he sees in the Frogs' program, he says another local program has also caught his attention.

"It's the same as SMU, I still like both of them right now," he said. "They're probably the same right now. They both have good education."

Stewart and his Mesquite Horn teammates will kickoff fall camp on August 12th.
