Profile: Trey Carter
HT: 6-4 | WT: 250
College Interest: TCU (offer), Illinois(offer), Mississippi (offer), Southern Miss (offer), Tennessee (offer), Kansas State, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Florida, Oregon

Eyeball test:
Carter stuck out like a sore thumb on Thursday at 6-4, 250-pounds. He was by far the most athletic prospect on the field.

Evaluation:
Just as he did at a TCU camp in July, Carter put on an impressive show against the Parrots; finishing with 7 tackles, 4 QB hurries, 1 TFL, 1 fumble recovery and 1 blocked extra point. Simply put, he was all over the field. He narrowly missed recording at least three sacks on the night. He has a high motor despite the fact that he's not 100% yet. His best trait was never giving up on a play; he made several tackles down field and recovered a fumble after displaying great hustle. Carter lined up at left end most of the night, but also made the transition inside at defensive tackle, where he recorded a quarterback hurry. With a big frame and good speed, Carter could play end or a three-technique at the next level.
