The 6-foot-4, 250-pounder now has thirteen offers on the table; Oklahoma, Arizona State, Colorado State, Kansas, Mississippi State, North Texas, Tennessee, Tulane, Ole Miss and most recently Oklahoma State.
Carter has been busy the last two weekends as he's visited Oklahoma for the TCU game and last weekend he attended the Red River Rivalry between the Sooners and Texas Longhorns.
Carter enjoyed his time at the annual Texas-OU game and like everyone else; he was caught by surprise with the Longhorns 36-20 win.
"I didn't think they would get beat like that but UT showed you gone have to bring it if you think they're going to give up that easy," he said of Texas' win. "They brought it."
Two weekends ago Carter made the visit to Norman with his father to check out a Sooners home game.
"I enjoyed my time up there they got to let me see the players and meet the coaching staff got to be on the field with the players," he said of his OU visit.
With his visit to Norman, Carter had an opportunity to evaluate both OU and TCU up close. The Sooners ultimately won a thrilling game 20-17, but Carter like what he saw from the Frogs' defense on the night.
"Yeah it was awesome, I like how TCU ran rush in the passer," he said. "They had a good defense. They did play good on defense, now the offense, not so much. But it was a great game most of the night."
Carter doesn't know where his next visit will be, but he didn't rule out trying to get to TCU's next home game which happens to be against Texas. It should be a big weekend for the Frogs hosting 2014 and 2015 recruits.
