Video: Verrett Anxious For Baylor

TCU senior cornerback Jason Verrett met with the media on Tuesday to discuss the Frogs game against Baylor.

TCU head coach Gary Patterson said on Tuesday that Jason Verrett's story is well-documented. Following the Frogs' loss in 2011 against Baylor, the then-sophomore corner questioned whether or not he wanted to continue playing the game he loved after a bad performance.

Luckily for Verrett, he had teammates and coaches help him through a difficult time.

Now, two seasons later, Verrett is considered by many as the top cornerback in the Big 12 and one of the top corners in the entire country. Some NFL mock drafts have Verrett going as high as a top 15 pick for the 2014 draft.

Like Casey Pachall, Verrett is facing the same team in the last game of his TCU career that he also received his first career start against.

Verrett met with the media on Tuesday and discussed the opportunity to play against a high-octane offense in Baylor and what he feels his legacy is at TCU.
