"They took us to a pretty cool deal," Guyton said. "We got there and they introduced us to everybody. We were in the team room for a while and talked to the coaches. They took us on a walk around campus and got to see the dorms. We watched some film."
It was the first time Guyton had been to campus at TCU, and what he saw caught him by surprise.
"As far as their weight room and stuff goes, they had a real nice thing (going on). They had a 100 yard indoor facility, which is really, really pretty cool. I liked the little film rooms they had. They just had some really cool facilities that I wasn't expecting."
All the receivers in attendance Saturday got to spend some time breaking down film and discussing the new offense at TCU, and Guyton the new ideas on offense were "real nice".
"In the film room we were just looking at some concepts that they run. They were just showing us how simple the offense is, and it really is a pretty cool deal."
Guyton said he doesn't have any favorites at this point in the process, but the 6'3", 185 pounder knows what he wants at the next level.
"Obviously a degree, a good degree that actually means something. Also I'm looking for a school that can pass the ball around and get the ball in the receivers' hands because I don't want to just get out there and block. Definitely a degree, of most importance."
The receiver said he has received scholarship offers from around 15 schools since the turn of the new year, including offers from Arizona State, Baylor, Clemson, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Stanford, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and TCU.
