Hights becomes the eighth commitment for the Frogs' 2015 class.
The 6-foot-3, 180-pounder picked up the offer after visiting for the Frogs' spring scrimmage on Saturday. After talks with his family and coaches, Hights felt TCU was the place to be.
"I talked it over with my family, close friends and coaches and I felt like it was a good fit," Hights exclaimed. "Not for just football, but life after football."
Hights lined up at quarterback, running back, receiver and safety for Yoakum in 2013. He was the District MVP and All-State safety. He will play receiver at TCU. He's also an accomplished track athlete, winning state in the triple jump with a leap of over 48-feet.
We'll have more on the newest Frog later tonight.
