Ford again made his presence known early on as one of the bigger linemen in attendance. The tackle, who could also play guard at the next level, was one of the top linemen again displaying good technique and strength.
Ford felt the experience at the camp was beneficial.
"I think I did good; I think I could've done a lot better," he said. "I gained a little more pass pro techniques from the coaches."
Not long ago, there began some question on how solid Ford's commitment was to TCU; especially with teams such as Oklahoma State entering the picture. However, Ford is solid as ever with his commitment to the Frogs and says he keeps in constant contact with the coaching staff.
"It's going great; I'm always talking to a TCU coach every night," Ford said. "Mainly I talk with Coach Cumbie. He's a great man; to be honest he's my favorite. We talk about more than just football; we talk about normal everyday things."
Despite his commitment, a few teams are still trying to sway Ford on the recruiting trail.
While he and his family didn't visit TCU last week while in town, Ford says it won't be long before they make it back to see the campus again.
"We're going to come back in like a month from my parents said," he said.
