TCU totaled 614 yards of offense and limited SMU to just 245 yards as the Frogs rolled over SMU 56-0. There were standouts on both sides of the ball for the Frogs in the win.

Trevone Boykin - QB

Boykin struggled early on with some of his passes but ended strong as he threw for 280 yards and a season-high four touchdowns. Boykin also rushed for 62 yards and two more scores, giving him six total touchdowns on the day. Most impressive was his direction in the Frogs' 11-play, 99-yard drive where he completed 5-of-7 passes. Boykin has thrown 8 touchdowns to just one interception on the year.

Deante' Gray - WR

Gray had a breakout game, catching a career-high 6 passes for 96 yards and 2 touchdowns. Gary Patterson said after the game that they still need to find a way to get Gray the ball. I think every TCU fan would agree. Gray's best moment came on his 28-yard touchdown reception when he caught a short pass and bolted past the SMU defenders like he was shot out of a cannon.

James McFarland - DE

The Frogs put pressure on SMU quarterback Garrett Krstich all day long, sacking him a total of nine times. McFarland collected 3 of those sacks and forced two fumbles in the process. McFarland's best play of the day came when he forced his first fumble that helped TCU extend their lead to 21-0.

B.J. Catalon - RB

The Frogs rushed for a season-high 265 yards on the day and Catalon had a majority of the total. Catalon finished with 19 carries for 114 yards and 1 score against the Mustangs. His best play of the day came on his 27-yard run in the first quarter.
