The nation's No.2 ranked junior college wide receiver Taj Williams said he will still be taking his official visit to South Florida next weekend, but Horned Frog fans should have nothing to worry about.
Even though Williams did say he is still a little interested in USF, he said that he is still "most definitely" a solid commit in TCU's 2016 recruiting class. Williams, who is orginally from Tallahassee, said part of the reason for his visit was for the trip back home to Florida.
The 4-star prospect is still receiving interest from a few schools. He said the ones recruiting him the hardest, besides TCU are: USF, Arizona State and Indiana.
Williams will graduate from Iowa Western in December. He said that he still plans on enrolling at TCU in January.
The future Horned Frog helped lead Iowa Western to an 11-1 season, during which, he averaged 79.1 receiving yards per game and caught 11 touchdown passes.
