As the dead period for recruiting comes to an end, several big time prospects left on TCU's board will be making their way to Fort Worth on Jan. 15 to make their official visits.
Top target Tyrie Cleveland will be among those to visit TCU this weekend. Though the 4-star wide receiver committed to Houston earlier in December, he seems to still be interested in joining the Frogs' 2016 recruiting class. The Spring Westfield star also has visits planned to Arkansas and Florida in the following weeks.
Katy running back Kyle Porter will also be in Fort Worth this weekend. Scout ranks Porter as the No.7 ranked running back in Texas. The 4-star prospect announced last week that his top three schools are TCU, Texas Arkansas. Porter was orginally supposed to visit Texas this weekend, but moved his visit to Austin to Jan. 23.
Darrius Anderson is also planning to visit TCU on Saturday. The 3-star prospect's recruitment has been blowing up as of late, as he now holds offers from Texas A&M and Alabama. He is now ranked as the 11th best runningback in the lonestar state by Scout.
In addition to a few of TCU's major targets, current commits Ross Blacklock, who commited on Saturday, and Austin Myers will also take their official visits this weekend.
