With the dead period looming, the TCU Horned Frogs will have a quality official visit weekend to try to position themselves with a few recruits going into the holidays.
The Oklahoma prep defensive back will be visiting TCU for the third time in the recruiting process. With recent offers from Oklahoma and Texas, plus schools like Arkansas and Ole Miss chasing him, this weekend will be big for the Frogs. Can they position themselves as the clear cut leader heading into the dead period.
The Batron Rouge (Louisiana) Catholic high school defensive end is currently committed to LSU, but hosted the Frogs in-home earlier this week.
The duo comes from Cerritos junior college in California. Both have a TCU offer and hit Fort Worth on Friday afternoon.
Bush is a linebacker with offers from Marshall, Bowling Green, Ball State and Rhode Island.
Walker committed to Kansas State in September, but received a Frog offer just earlier in this week.
The Frogs jumped into Daniels’ recruitment in October, when rumors started to surface the three-star corner was waffling on his Baylor commitment. Daniels has since opened things up and is believered to be considering Missouri, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Utah beyond the Frogs.
He will be making his announcement on Sunday – always a good sign for the team that had the last official visit.
Lott will visit Oklahoma on Jan. 20, but first up a trip to TCU, after landing an offer from the Frogs recently. Oklahoma State also has jumped into the mix.
A bit undersized, Lott is only weighing 250 right now, which means at least 20 to 40 pounds of weight will need to be added to play at the next level.
