JUCO DT visiting TCU in January?

TCU has expressed interest in bringing this junior college defensive tackle in for a visit.

Snow (Utah) junior college defensive tackle Fua Leilua released his top four on Wednesday, despite being a soft verbal to Oklahoma State at the moment.

Leilua doesn't currently have an offer from TCU, but the Frogs have shown interest in bringing the junior college product in for a visit on January 13.

"They're waiting to see me in person I believe," said Leilua, regarding an offer. "Both Coach Patterson and Coach Fitch have expressed they're need to me for a Juco DT...Originally its supposed to be ASU, Utah State and Oklahoma State, but with an offer from TCU I would trip to TCU over ASU."

The 6-foot-3, 300-pounder was asked to describe his game.

"I think I could say I'm someone who plays with passion and violence," said Leilua. "I have violent hands off the ball and a quick first step and I have a motor. I'm just someone who's willing to grind for my team and play my role."

In just eight games in 2016, the defensive tackle recorded 28 stops, 1.5 tackles for loss and had an interception he returned 15 yards.
